Marine Rated Battery Fuses (MRBF): High-Current Protection for Demanding Environments

Marine Rated Battery Fuses (MRBF) are designed to offer robust high-current protection in the most challenging environments, making them the ideal solution for marine applications. These fuses are engineered for tight spaces while providing reliable protection for main and auxiliary circuits, including alternator outputs, starter motor inputs, and accessory circuits. The clear window allows for quick identification of blown fuses, ensuring easy maintenance and replacement.

MRBF fuses are suitable for electrical networks operating at 12V, 24V, and 42V, with a maximum rating of 58V DC. Their breaking capacity meets the demands of conventional vehicle batteries, with interrupt ratings of 10,000A at 14VDC, 5,000A at 32VDC, and 2,000A at 58VDC. Built with durable ceramic bodies and offering IP66 ingress protection, these fuses are also SAE J1171 ignition protected. Color-coded for easy amperage identification, they must be used with Marine Rated Fuse Blocks for optimal installation.
