Single Wall Heat Shrink Tubing in black, offered in compact 1-1/4" pieces, provides thinly insulated polyolefin tubing designed for flexible, flame-retardant protection in electrical applications. This tubing is perfect for insulating wire splices, terminals, and other electrical connections, while also providing strain relief for added connection durability.
Meeting the demanding standards of MIL-I-23053/5 class 1 and class 3, this tubing is suitable for both general and specialized applications. With a shrink temperature of 100°C (212°F) and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C (-67°F to 257°F), as well as short-term resistance up to 200°C (392°F), this tubing performs reliably in extreme environments. The 2:1 shrink ratio allows a snug fit, and UL listing along with CSA certification ensure adherence to essential safety standards.
- Meets all the requirements of military/specification MIL-1-23053/5 class 1 and class 3.
- Shrink temperature of the tubing is 100°C (212°F) with an indefinite storage life.
- Operating temperature range for the single wall tubing is -55°C to 125°C (-67°F to 257°F) and up to 200°C (392°F) for a short time.
