Ancor Marine Grade Tinned Duplex Flat Cable – High-Durability, Corrosion-Resistant Marine Wiring Solution
Ancor Marine Grade Tinned Duplex Flat Cable offers reliable, long-lasting protection for marine and harsh environment applications, engineered to withstand the most challenging conditions. Manufactured with ultra-flexible, tin-electroplated copper wire strands, this cable resists corrosion and maintains superior conductivity, making it a durable choice for marine installations. Housed in a premium PVC vinyl jacket, this duplex flat cable includes two individually insulated conductors within a flat, easy-to-write-on jacket, allowing for efficient wiring and circuit tracking in larger projects.
Built to withstand the toughest marine elements, the rugged PVC jacket protects against salt water, battery acid, gasoline, oil, UV radiation, extreme heat, and cold, while also resisting flammability and bending under freezing conditions. The ultra-flexible Type 3 stranding resists fatigue from vibration, ensuring dependable performance over time. Rated at 600 volts for both AC and DC applications, the vinyl insulation is capable of handling temperatures up to 105°C (221°F) in dry conditions and 75°C (167°F) when wet, remaining flexible in temperatures as low as -40°F/C. Available in black and red with a white PVC jacket, Ancor Duplex Flat Cable is offered in spools of 100, 250, and 500 feet to suit various project needs. This marine-grade cable meets or exceeds UL 1426, U.S. Coast Guard CFR Title 46, and ABYC standards, providing trusted reliability and performance.
