The Blue Sea Systems BatteryLink™ ACR Automatic Charging Relay is a high-performance solution for managing dual battery banks, automatically sharing a single charge source with the auxiliary battery. Featuring a continuous 120A rating, it is built to support high-output alternators and handle demanding charging needs. The 12V/24V DC auto-ranging voltage input ensures compatibility with various systems, while its ability to sense charging on two battery banks ensures efficient and balanced power distribution.

Designed for versatility and durability, the BatteryLink™ ACR includes side and bottom knockouts for cable connections and robust 3/8"-16 (M10) terminal studs that accommodate multiple cable terminals. The one-piece stainless steel flange nuts ensure safe and secure connections, while the integrated LED provides a clear indication of the ACR's operational status. With quick-connect terminals for ground and optional features, installation is streamlined.

A key feature is the Optional Auxiliary Battery Priority function, which extends the alternator charge to the auxiliary battery while the engine is running, allowing for longer use of auxiliary loads. This relay is designed to meet stringent safety and protection standards, with an IP67 rating (immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes) and compliance with CE, ISO 8846, UL 1500, and SAE J1171 external ignition protection requirements.
