Blue Sea Systems busbars are engineered to consolidate multiple wires or feed multiple circuits, providing efficient power distribution for both positive and negative connections, as well as AC ground circuits. Designed with insert-molded stainless steel studs, these busbars eliminate the need for securing nuts, allowing for high-torque connections and excellent electrical contact. The recessed mounting holes prevent accidental shorts to aluminum or steel surfaces, adding an extra layer of safety to your installation.
The one-piece serrated flange nuts ensure secure connections, while tin-plated copper buses provide maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance. The terminal screws feature stainless steel split ring lock washers and captive star-type lock washers, keeping connections tight and reliable, even in high-vibration environments.
These busbars provide reliable power distribution for a variety of applications, ensuring secure, corrosion-resistant connections.
