This tubing provides the same protection as standard split loom but is made from heat-stabilized nylon, allowing it to withstand temperatures up to 300°F. Originally developed for ambulance and fire equipment manufacturers, it is now used in various industries where high-heat environments are common.
Available in diameter sizes from ¼ inch to 1 ½ inches, our high-temp split loom comes in lengths ranging from 50 feet to 28,000 feet, providing flexibility for any project size. The black tubing is distinguished by a gray stripe, making it easily identifiable for high-heat applications. Uniform thickness throughout the extrusion process ensures durability along the entire length, while the slit running down the tubing allows for easy insertion and removal of wires. Once wires are placed inside, the slit closes securely to prevent moisture and debris from penetrating, protecting the wires housed within.
