MAXI® fuses, made from high-temperature polymer and featuring silver-plated blades, are designed for high-amp circuit protection in under-hood and other demanding environments. Commonly used to replace fusible wire or fusible links, MAXI® fuses add reliable protection to wire harness systems and high-current segments. Available in both standard and indicator options, these fuses meet the needs of various applications.
The indicator MAXI® fuse features a clear top with an LED light that illuminates when the circuit is blown, making it easy to identify failures, especially in dark or enclosed spaces. Both fuse types include time delay characteristics, diffusion pill technology, and low heat dissipation, providing durable and dependable performance. As the largest blade-type fuse, MAXI® fuses are commonly found in older vehicles, both domestic and imported, but are also suitable for general electrical applications where high amperage circuits are present.
Del City offers MAXI® fuses in amperage ratings from 20 to 80 amps in both standard and indicator styles, with a 100-amp option available in the indicator version. Compatible accessories and fuse holders are also available, making installation quick and easy.
