MEGA® fuses are bolt-down fuses designed for high-current or heavy-gauge applications, such as battery or alternator protection. With their higher amp range compared to standard fuses, MEGA® fuses are the go-to solution for high-amp protection, especially in applications with space constraints or multiple circuits. Del City offers four types of MEGA® fuses, providing a wide selection to suit your needs.
The standard MEGA® fuse line ranges from 100 to 500 amps, perfect for high-amp circuit protection. The BF2 MEGA® fuse features transparent housing, allowing for easy detection of a blown fuse, also available in 100 to 500 amps. For specialized applications, the UL-rated MEGA® fuse complies with safety standards and is offered in 80 to 175 amps. Additionally, low-temperature MEGA® fuses operate in extreme conditions, thriving in temperatures as low as -40°C and available in 125 to 275 amps.
