RELiON® InSight Series® Fuel Gauges: Accurate Monitoring for 12V, 24V, and 48V Batteries
The RELiON® InSight Series® Fuel Gauges provide precise and real-time monitoring of battery charge levels for 12V, 24V, and 48V lithium battery systems, ensuring you know exactly when it's time to recharge. Designed with a low current draw of just 29 milliamps and equipped with a backlit display, this gauge shows the state of charge (SOC) for up to 14 InSight batteries connected in parallel. The gauge receives real-time data from all connected battery CANs and calculates the remaining amp hours as a percentage from 0 to 100%. It’s perfect for Marine, RV, Solar, Golf, and Material Handling applications, ensuring consistent performance across various uses.
Each fuel gauge comes with a mounting bracket, though the wire harness required for setup is sold separately. The fuel gauge features two critical alerts: a “LOBATT” message that displays when the SOC drops below 20%, and a flashing "LOBATT" message when it falls below 10%, ensuring timely recharges. Built to withstand extreme conditions, the gauge operates in temperatures from 14°F to 185°F (-10°C to 85°C) and can be safely stored at temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C). With an ingress protection rating of IP67, the fuel gauge is dust-tight and waterproof, making it durable in harsh environments. The product is backed by a 1-year warranty, which includes free replacement or repair during the first year.
For ease of installation, compatible wire harnesses are available separately in 3, 6, and 10-meter options, offering flexible setup for a variety of applications.

RELiON® InSight Accessories - Remote Power Button
RELiON® InSight Series® Remote Button: Effortless Battery Control
The RELiON® InSight Series® Remote Button offers the convenience of powering on and off your InSight Series® batteries without the need to access the battery compartment directly. This easy-to-use, plug-and-play accessory can control up to 10 InSight batteries connected in parallel, ensuring you save time and energy. Designed for seamless integration, the Remote Button is compatible with the InSight Series® 12V, 24V, and 48V Fuel Gauges, allowing for streamlined battery management. It's important to note that InSight batteries should never be connected in series, only in parallel.
For flexibility in installation, the Remote Button is available with 3, 6, or 10-meter cable options. To ensure proper functionality when installing the Remote Button without a fuel gauge, a CAN termination resistor (Part No. 90CANTR) is required. RELiON® stands behind this product with a 1-year warranty, providing free replacement or repair within the warranty period.

RELiON® InSight Series® CANBUS Cables and Splitter: Seamless Integration for Battery Monitoring
The RELiON® InSight Series® CANBUS Cables and Splitter provide an efficient connection solution for the Fuel Gauge Remote Button Switch, enabling convenient battery monitoring and control. To install, simply insert the CANBUS plug attached to the remote button cable assembly into the provided CANBUS splitter on the first battery in the bank. Then, connect the CANBUS splitter to the CANBUS IN port on the first battery in the string. This setup allows you to control the InSight battery system with ease. To test, press the remote button for approximately five seconds until all connected InSight batteries power on, indicated by LED 1 flashing green on each battery.
Each InSight battery includes a 1-foot CANBUS cable for simple setup, and additional 2-foot and 4-foot CANBUS cables with 90° connectors are available for flexible configurations. These cables ensure reliable communication between batteries and the remote control system, allowing for seamless battery management. For optimal performance, it is important to use cables of equal lengths when connecting InSight batteries in parallel.

The RELiON® Portable Battery Analyzer (PBA) is designed for Insight series LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries, offering comprehensive real-time insights into both individual batteries and battery banks connected in parallel. Known for their safety, stability, and low heat generation, Insight batteries are ideal for various applications such as marine, RV, solar, golf, and material handling. By connecting the PBA to the battery's CAN bus port, users can access critical data, including the battery's state of charge (SOC), cycle count, and cell voltages. In addition to monitoring, the PBA allows for battery software updates and records battery performance for detailed analysis.
Key specifications of the RELiON® PBA include compatibility with CANBus cables, a USB Type-C charge port, 11.7Wh capacity, and a 3-hour full charge time. It features a 2.211-inch x 3.685-inch LCD display for easy data visualization. Manufactured with the same safety and reliability standards as RELiON® LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries, they offer a stable, heat-resistant solution. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend purchasing the appropriate number of spacers to properly fill all empty slots in your cart or vehicle.
Each GC2 size battery spacer measures 10.2 x 7.1 x 10.9 inches, providing an easy solution for retrofitting drop-in lithium replacements into your existing battery compartment.
