Trailer Breakaway Kit
The trailer breakaway kit is designed to be used with trailers that have electric surge brakes to engage the trailer brake in cases where a trailer becomes separated from its tow vehicle. It installs easily on the tongue or trailer frame. This kit includes a rugged lockable case used to hold the battery and charger and is recommended for use on all trailers with 2,4 or 6 electric brakes.
- Includes battery, battery charger, case, breakaway switch with pin and cable, and mounting hardware.
- Rechargeable 12 volt 5 amp/hr battery.
